CODE : HR Talent Acquisition - - Corporate Mumbai - Santracruz East Present Drawn Salary Notice Period Salary Expectations Reporting to : SVP HR 5day working Grade : Manager -Senior Manager-Chief Manager/AVP (depending on experience) Looking at Smart Candidates MBA HR /Non MBA also ok 5 to 12yrs exp of Business HR /HR Partner from Banks/NBFC /Insurance/FMCG/Mutual Funds/FMCG/Retail etc. JOB ROLE (70% Talent Acquisition -30% Generalist HR) HR for the Corporate HR group and handling dept like Corporate Banking, Credit , Audit dept etc Forecasting and Finalizing Manpower Requirement and Budgeting along with the Business Heads. Responsible for end to end quality recruitment of key hires as per BU requirement Adept in Staffing & Recruitment, Manpower Budgeting & Planning, Offers & Fitments, Employee engagement, Performance Management, HR Initiatives & Training need analysis. Employee engagement thru One O One session and skip level meeting across grades and verticals. Responsible for Performance Management of employees along with Business Heads. Adept in preparing Bell Curves & analyzing pre & post moderation scenarios for regularization of the ratings. Involved in calculation of increments & bonuses. SPOC for all employees & BU Heads for smooth query redressal. Good exposure to MS office Advanced
