HR Recruitment and Management
The person should have experience in HR / Recruitment in a manufacturing company. Should have knowledge of recruitment processes, making use of placement agencies / advertisements / online mediums like portals and hiring employees. Should also have knowledge of HR rules and Payroll systems & maintaining HR processes on software systems. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
