recruitment function as well as various HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of
HR operations executives while also overseeing critical HR processes, including performance management,
increments, and promotions, and generating weekly reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
both recruitment and HR operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving HR initiatives that
contribute to the organization\'s success.

performance improvement plans.
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the implementation of increments, promotions, and related compensation processes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights and recommendations to
HR and senior management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and
regulations.
