Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for outlet-level roles (e.g., Stewards, Captains, CDPs, Managers) and support roles.
Understand manpower requirements from site teams and franchise partners and prioritize accordingly.
Source suitable candidates via job portals, references, social media, and local networks.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews with ops/culinary teams, and coordinate trials if required.
Prepare and issue offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, and maintain recruitment trackers.
Maintain candidate database and records in HR systems/Google Sheets.
Liaise with Training, Ops, and HRBP teams for smooth onboarding and deployment.
Maintain strong follow-ups post-joining to ensure engagement and early retention.
Support in manpower planning and weekly hiring reports for management.
Assist in executing employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR or Hospitality Management preferred.
1-2 years of recruitment experience in the
hospitality or food service industry
.
Strong understanding of QSR/Cafe/Restaurant staffing structure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with MS Office, Excel, and job portals.
Knowledge of local sourcing techniques and networks is a plus.
