We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Recruitment - AM & TL to join our team. As the HR Recruitment - AM & TL, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Proven experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong knowledge of HR-related matters, including employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interview and assess candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone or video, to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the recruitment process and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment strategies to continuously improve our approach.
