Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic HR Leadership



? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

? Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people and organizational matters.

? Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management



? Oversee workforce planning and recruitment across all departments.

? Design effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

? Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



? Promote a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.

? Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters fairly and promptly.

? Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.

4. Policy & Compliance



? Formulate and update HR policies in line with statutory requirements and best practices.

? Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

? Conduct periodic audits to assess HR compliance and process effectiveness.

5. Learning & Development



? Identify training needs and create structured L&D programs.

? Encourage skill development and continuous learning at all levels.

? Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.

6. Performance & Compensation Management



? Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, appraisals).

? Develop fair and competitive compensation structures.

? Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs.

7. HR Operations & Systems



? Implement HRMS/HR technology solutions to streamline processes.

? Oversee attendance, leave, and workforce records management.

? Monitor HR metrics and present reports to management.

Key Requirements



? Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

? 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

? Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.

? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

? Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in a growing organization.

? Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
