Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understanding Hiring Needs

- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.

Talent Sourcing

- Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.

Screening & Shortlisting

- Review resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual screenings, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule, organize, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Employer Branding

- Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.

Database Management

- Maintain a talent pool and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Offer Management

- Negotiate salary, issue offer letters, and manage pre-joining formalities.

Onboarding Support

- Assist with orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Recruitment Analytics

- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Compliance

- Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and company policies.
