Handle end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, staff, and managerial positions in a manufacturing environment
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interview rounds
Understand manpower requirements based on production plans and department needs
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires
Coordinate with department heads for role clarity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring
Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and mass hiring initiatives
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future manpower requirements
