Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Min 3-4 closures in a month

Experience

- Freshers / 6months to 1 yr of experience in recruitment

Skills Required:-

1. Very good communication in English

2. Knowledge of MS Office

3. Multi task handling
