We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive employer brand.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment.
Work Timing:
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
