Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and attract top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and recruitment campaigns.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule skills assessments and interviews.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Support employer branding efforts to enhance the agency's reputation as a top workplace.
Ensure hiring processes align with company policies and local labor laws.
Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
