Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various domestic roles.
Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified domestic staff across multiple functions.
Develop job descriptions and specifications for each role in collaboration with clients or household managers.
Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide guidance to clients on market availability, salary trends, and candidate suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database in Excel .
