End-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and on boarding new hires. Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for hospitality positions including

Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping, Service Crew, Supervisors, and Support Staff

Understand manpower requirements from operations and plan timely hiring Source candidates through

job portals, referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring drives

Screen resumes, conduct

initial interviews

, and coordinate final interviews with department heads Ensure

bulk hiring

and

mass recruitment

as per business requirements Handle

joining formalities

, documentation, and background verification Maintain

recruitment MIS

, hiring reports, and candidate databases Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth

candidate joining

Build and maintain a strong

talent pipeline

for ongoing and future requirements Support HR operations when required
