Recruitment and hiring: Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the selection process.
Employee relations: Address employee grievances, manage conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions
fairly and consistently.
Onboarding and training: Manage the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training programs to enhance skills.
Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits packages, including
health insurance and retirement plans.
Performance management: Monitor and manage employee performance reviews and assist with goal-
setting and development plans.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.
Strategic and administrative tasks
Strategy development: Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that
align with company goals.
Employee engagement: Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and
satisfaction.
Budget management: Monitor and manage the HR department's budget.
HR technology: Evaluate and recommend HR software, such as HRIS and ATS systems.
Reporting and analysis: Analyze HR data to measure things like employee turnover and retention rates.
Exit procedures: Oversee the termination process and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
