Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Conduct reference checks, verify documents, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth integration into the hotel environment.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring records.
Represent the hotel at job fairs, recruitment events, and hospitality career expos.
