Collaborate with hiring managers to uncover talent needs and refine job requirements SHRM+11LinkedIn Business Solutions+11Recruiting Resources+11 Write, post, and manage job ads across careers pages, job boards, social media, and professional networks Source candidates through active (job platforms, events) and passive (LinkedIn) channels Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews (phone, video, face-to-face) SHRM+11Recruiting Resources+11Recruiting Resources+11 Coordinate interview logistics, feedback, and debriefs with hiring teams LinkedIn Business Solutions+3Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)+3Recruiting Resources+3 Manage offer process: extend offers, negotiate terms with candidates Perform background checks and employment verification as needed Manatal+1LinkedIn Business Solutions+1 Track recruitment metrics--including time-to-fill, source effectiveness--and report on outcomes Recruiting Resources+4Recruiting Resources+4Recruiting Resources+4 Participate in campus recruiting, job fairs, and networking events to build talent pipelines Support onboarding and candidate experience to promote strong employer brand
