We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team at Roswalt Realty, Oshiwara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring that recruitment processes align with company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates in line with company compensation policies.
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Ensure compliance with all HR and recruitment policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (real estate or related industry preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of real estate industry trends will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales-driven or real estate organizations.
