Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2. Attendance & Leave Management
Manage daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules through the HRMS (e.g., Keka)
Ensure accurate leave balance updates and approvals
Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and holidays
Generate attendance and leave reports for payroll processing
3. Travel & Administrative Support
Manage employee travel bookings (flights, hotels, local travel) as per company travel policy
Ensure compliance with travel and reimbursement policies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for admin-related work
Maintain records of travel expenses and submit reports for finance
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Support payroll inputs and documentation
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
