Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and department heads.
Manage candidate experience from application to final offer stage.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and timelines.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
