The work life of HR Recruiter would be:
? Candidates will be responsible for Third party recruitment.
? You will be responsible for Screening, Sourcing, shortlisting, Interviewing the candidates
? Exclusive usage of portals like Shine.com, Naukri.com and other social media postings on Facebook, LinkedIn and referral hiring
? Optimum data utility for the sourced CVs.
? Must be able to work on MS Excel and good knowledge of MS office.
The applicant must know:
? Proven experience as a Recruiter
? Excellent knowledge and understanding of different job portals
? Sound communication and ability to to understand company requirements
? Immediate joiner to max 15 days is appreciated
? Industry experience minimum 1 years Hope you live up to it
Commitments:
? Full-time, Work from Office, Bhayander
? Working hours are 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
? For the first half of every month (1st to 15th), the working days are Monday to
Saturday. From the 16th onwards, weekends will be observed with Saturday and
Sunday as weekly offs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
