We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across
IT, Non-IT, Site Engineering, Sub-Professional, and Key Professional roles
. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring to meet organizational workforce needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT & Non-IT positions including Site Engineers, Sub-Professionals, and Key Professionals.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and consultants
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads and clients.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
IT & Non-IT recruitment processes
Understanding of
engineering and professional role requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
Post-Graduate in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
