-Experience in a BFSI a must



-Must have experience in financial services hiring

-Handling end-to-end Recruitment cycle

-Source potential candidates from various online channels

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding procedures for selected candidates.

- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:

BFSI: 2 years (Required)
