Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Kanjurmarg
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
? Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
? Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and
networking.
? Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist potential
candidates.
? Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring
process.
? Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
? Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
? Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Required Skills :
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
? Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri,
LinkedIn, etc.).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good understanding of HR processes and candidate management.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
IT and Non IT Recruitment : 2 years (Preferred)
