Job Title: HR Recruiter - Hospitality Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter from the hospitality industry who has hands-on experience in hiring staff for restaurants, hotels, and banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions including chefs, stewards, captains, housekeeping, front office, F&B service, and kitchen staff. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers. Support onboarding and documentation formalities of new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and manpower consultants. Maintain recruitment MIS reports and ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in HR / Hospitality Management / Any relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (restaurant/hotel/banquet industry preferred). Strong understanding of hospitality roles and hierarchy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
