Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job postings.
Screening & Interviews
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with line managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.
Documentation & Onboarding
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and induction of new hires.
Ensure timely collection and verification of documents.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status.
Employer Branding
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance employer branding.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure recruitment practices are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good knowledge of recruitment tools and software (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in recruitment preferably from consultancy.
Freshers with strong communication and internship experience may also apply.
