Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, career page).
Utilize different sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipeline, and ensure timely communication.
Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to evaluate candidate fitment.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to HR operations.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
