Key Responsibilities

Understand manpower requirements and job profiles from hiring managers. Attract and source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates and assist in onboarding. Stay up to date with current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate preferred. HSC (12th pass) candidates may be considered based on interview performance.

Experience:

0-2 years in recruitment or a related field.

Age:

18 to 30 years.
