Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
Ensure timely closure of positions
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
0-4 years of recruitment experience (consultancy preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
