Job posting:
Write, update, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company's career page.
Candidate sourcing:
Proactively search for candidates through online databases, professional networks like LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screening and interviewing:
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform various types of interviews (phone, video, in-person) to assess candidates.
Hiring process management:
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview teams, manage the candidate pipeline in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and handle background checks and references.
Offers and onboarding:
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Employer branding:
Help build and maintain a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
Qualifications and skills
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Proficiency with sourcing techniques across various online platforms, including professional networking sites.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience conducting various types of interviews.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
