Assist with recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
Assist with HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Support employee engagement initiatives including organizing team events, compiling employee feedback, and implementing employee recognition programs.
Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous HR or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
