Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern to source, interview, and select qualified candidates for different openings in our company.HR Recruiter's responsibilities include placing job ads on various online channels, evaluating applications, and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteriaThe selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via Internshala, Indeed LinkedIn)
- Network with candidates and seek referrals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates shortlist, and close the opening
- Share Update on hiring status
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Fixed shift
- Performance bonus
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
