Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

Understand job requirements from hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical/functional panels

Negotiate offers and close candidates within TAT

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Ensure proper documentation and onboarding formalities

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Follow company recruitment policies and compliance norms.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Non-IT recruitment experience (as applicable)

Experience in corporate or consultancy recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
