Understand manpower requirements from internal teams and clients.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support HR team in onboarding and other HR functions as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and enthusiastic about HR and recruitment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
