Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and internal HR databases
Coordinate training, induction programs, and performance reviews
Draft and issue official letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Assist with employee engagement activities and events
Respond to employee queries related to HR processes and policies
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
