Job Description

Developing and executing recruitment strategies:

This includes identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, and developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Sourcing and attracting candidates:

Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Conducting interviews and assessments:

Screening candidates, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual), and assessing their qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaborating with hiring managers:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, providing updates on the recruitment process, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Managing the recruitment process:

Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Building and maintaining talent pipelines:

Developing relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Negotiating job offers and facilitating onboarding:

Extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Staying updated on industry trends:

Keeping abreast of new technologies, diversity and inclusion practices, and other relevant trends in the recruitment field.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws:

Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
