Responsibilities:



Understanding Hiring Requirements -

Coordinate with hiring managers to analyze manpower needs and job specifications.

Job Advertising -

Draft and post job descriptions on portals, company website, and social media platforms.

Candidate Sourcing -

Use databases, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, and networking to find suitable candidates.

Screening & Shortlisting -

Review applications, conduct telephonic/virtual screenings, and shortlist profiles.

Interview Coordination -

Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and panel members.

Assessment & Selection -

Assist in candidate evaluation through tests, assignments, and structured interviews.

Offer Management -

Handle salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and finalize joining formalities.

Onboarding Support -

Ensure smooth joining of new employees by coordinating pre-joining and induction processes.

Database & Reporting -

Maintain candidate records, recruitment MIS, and hiring status reports.

Employer Branding -

Represent the company positively to potential candidates, strengthening its brand image.

Compliance -

Ensure recruitment process aligns with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Talent Pipeline Creation -

Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
