Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, and supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategies. This role is crucial in helping the company build a strong workforce and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Support onboarding and pre-employment processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role is preferred. Strong sourcing and screening abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
