Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs. Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms. Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist in salary negotiations and onboarding activities. Maintain recruitment records and reports. Work closely with HR to support employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in recruitment for various sectors such as IT, sales, or manufacturing. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Good negotiation and decision-making skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
