Understand client/company manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and track hiring pipelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in recruitment/HR is desirable, but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
