Plan, execute, and deliver HR projects (e.g., recruitment drives, policy development, employee engagement programs, HR technology implementation, training & development initiatives).
Work closely with HR leadership to align project goals with organizational strategy.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement best practices for HR project management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR systems and policies.
Analyze project outcomes, provide recommendations, and continuously improve HR project strategies.
