About the team
The team enables global TPO (HR) programs as key strategic and delivery partners. As project manager, you would support in driving the objectives of team and Global TPO. This role sits within the Enablement team that's primarily based out of India however partners with the global leaders of The People Office (TPO). What you will be doing

• Define various non-technical projects to include intake, assessment, scoping, and stakeholder identification
• Plan and execute a portfolio of projects while managing dependencies across projects
• Identify required activities, create work breakdown structure, and determine appropriate sequencing
• Deliver and control projects to scope, time, costs per agreed charter
• Manage change requests via a consistent change control approach
• Identify risk, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across projects and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Engage a variety of stakeholders including human resources, finance, vendors, and internal clients as needed to ensure project success
• Some business analysis work including identifying and translating functional requirements
• Some process analysis work including process discovery, mapping, change, implementation, and establishing systems for ongoing monitoring and control
• Vendor management and or service management experience very helpful

What you bring:

• 10+yr of experience in managing non-technical or preferably HR projects.
• Managed large scale/enterprise-wide programs where worked with Senior leadership, Vendors matrix environment and internal clients.
• High level of Stakeholder Management is critical for this role.
