  • Developing and embedding creative employee-centric HR policies which drive culture and behavior change
  • Working in collaboration or partnership with HR policy experts to identify, research and develop new HR policies/approaches
  • Developing and managing effective employee voice methods to engage in strategic and policy change
  • Providing pragmatic advice and support to HRBPs and the business on all ER matters eg business change and restructures
  • Keep your bank of knowledge topped up and stay up to speed with the latest developments in employment legislation and regulation to make sure we stay compliant
  • Building up your network of internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with external best practices and innovation to influence HR policy and strategy development
  • Compensation Bench marking: Ensure external competitiveness of internal salary ranges by benchmarking against comparators.
  • Conducts and analyses survey results to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans.
  • Participates in the development of compensation and benefits policy.
  • Knowledge of payroll related compliances (TDS, PT, PF & LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, TDS return & form 16 issuance)
  • Knowledge of PF compliances, return filing under shops & establishment.
  • Annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benefits, annual increments, incentives, rewards, and awards programs).
  • Annual Salary review exercise and administration of compensation review process cycle; off-cycle pay adjustments.
  • Monitors compensation trends within the organization and provides analytics to support operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to line managers and HR on operations matters related to compensation.
  • Compensation Programs: Keep abreast with the new trends and best practices in the CB field.
  • MIS report generation
  • Full & Final Processing/ Closures
  • Knowledge of Tax Regime/Slabs etc
  • Maintenance of Compliance related paperwork.
