Job location:

Elippode, Trivandrum.

Experience :

3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Performance Management Specialist/HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance reviews, and employee engagement. The role involves both offshore support and onshore documentation for clinician onboarding and orientation.

Responsibilities:

Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.

Assist with payroll management and statutory compliance requirements.

Address employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture.

Conduct periodic performance reviews with managers to assess progress against defined targets and KPIs.

Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.

Strive to enhance HR operations and overall employee experience.

Support in other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance.

Good knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
