Statutory Compliances ( PF, ESI, Labour)
o
Ensure compliance with regard to provident fund, ESI, shops & commercial establishments and other applicable laws.
o
Good knowledge of Labour Laws
o
Payroll and Salary processing + generation of salary slips
o
Filing of PF and ESI returns on or before due dates
o
Stock maintenance
o
Liaison with authorities if needed
o
Maintenance and updating of all necessary registers as required by labour laws including CLRA
o
Maintenance of attendance register, leave and reimbursements
o
Provide timely information on attendance and reimbursements for payroll processing
o
Maintenance of requisite documentation and approvals
o
MIS as needed
o
Must have good knowledge of excel.
o
Should have worked in a payroll software
