Administer employee benefits programs and support employees with related inquiries. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files in compliance with data protection laws. Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, conducting exit interviews as needed. Provide support during HR-related projects and initiatives.
