Job Description
Z1 Media is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual who is interested in learning about HR Operations to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
What you will do as a HR Operations Trainee:
- Contribute in improvement of HR processes or policies
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Manage the pre onboarding formalities and ensure the employees are set up appropriately for Day 1
- Actively drive employee engagement programmes
- Assist in proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee operations issues on an individual and systematic basis
- Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage employee files and documentation
What we are looking for:
- 0 -1 yrs of relevant experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience handling sensitive employee experiences with discretion and confidentiality
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
- A quick learner and full of curiosity
- Excellent communication and people skills

Your role as an HR Operations Trainee will be far from one-dimensional. You\'ll be involved in assisting with organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you\xe2\x80\x99ll also act as the main point of contact for employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department\xe2\x80\x99s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
