Major Accountabilities

The role manages key projects, including finances and risk management, within the Global HR Services
The role supports Global HR Services in service delivery strategy and execution across all supported locations and client groups.
To identify trends and process gaps and drive a culture of improvement.
To manage issues and process complexities through partnership with various stakeholders
Design measurement mechanisms and reporting\xe2\x80\x99s according to the need of the business
Drive focus areas around client orientation and Customer satisfaction
Review areas of risks and ensure there are effective controls established
Ensure all HR processes in the Global HR Services incorporate appropriate control mechanism, data protection and compliance tasks. Ensure the Global HR Services has a robust framework in place to enable compliance with all local legal and regulatory requirements.

The Requirements:

4-5 years of overall experience and relevant exposure to Global HR Services, project management, Six Sigma and Data Analytics
Proficient in HR database applications (HCM preferred), ServiceNow, and Microsoft applications to resolve customer issues
Strong Project Management skills. Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Ability to form relationships with Business Partners and convey a high level of integrity and credibility
Combined analytical and influencing skills with comfort and flexibility working with different organization levels
Customer service orientation with the ability to manage and support clients in sensitive situations
Ensures processes and control are aligned to established procedures (SOP\xe2\x80\x99s), protocols
The high energy level and passion with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dynamic environment and maintain confidentiality at all times
Flexible to working in different shifts to provide global support
