Job Description
We are hiring an HR Operations Executive : -Job Profile : Responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals & social media sites, should have good understanding and hand on experience of recruitment tools, salary negotiations, handling manpower at outlets, check enough staff available to run business smoothly, implementing new company policies, compensation & benefits, handling employee grievances, manpower handling, payroll management, ESI, PF challan generations, administration works, supporting General Manager in his day to day activities, visiting bakery outlets, any other works as assigned by management time to time.Reqmt : Degree with 2-3yrs exp in HR operations (male/female), Age : 26yrs - 36yrs, good communication skills (verbal & written in English, Hindi & Telugu), computer knowledge must, can handle pressure, excellent strategic planning & problem solving skills, work in flexible hours, good knowledge of labour laws. Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
