The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role supports smooth HR processes and ensures alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and shift/roster coordination.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
Address employee queries related to HR operations, benefits, and policies.
Prepare HR MIS reports and support internal/external audits.
Payroll & Compliance
Collect and verify attendance, leave, and salary inputs for payroll processing.
Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, etc.).
Support compliance documentation and statutory filings.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
Requirement:
1-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Good communication and coordination skills

Working hours are 09:30 am to 06:30 pm - For the first half of every month (1st to 15th), the working days are Monday to Saturday. From the 16th onwards, weekends will be observed with Saturday and Sunday as weekly offs
