Designation: HR Operation Executive

Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities :
Induction & Onboarding: Assist in employee onboarding through automation, ensuring the checklists are rigorously followed and handholding the new joiners for a month
Grievance handling: Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise within a deadline
HR Policy: Assist in the development and implementation of HR resource policies and update them whenever required
Employee data management: Maintain Employee\xe2\x80\x99s master data on the HRIS portal and drive up to date
Employee Engagement: Organizing all the team-building activities that happen on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
Employee relations: Build a strong bond with employees and yet ensure the organization\xe2\x80\x99s core values are followed at every stage
Admin: Maintenance of health insurance, sending welcome kits / T-shirts/ Handbooks to new joiners, etc.
Technical skills required:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience can be a value addition
Post graduation in MBA from top MBA institutes will be preferred
Strong communication skills
Soft skills required :
